I had a time limit of about 90 days and he found and helped me obtain the perfect house in about 60 days. He was so patient with me, looking into every house I found online and setting up visits. I know he wrote a letter to the seller in my favor when we were in a bidding war for the house. I found and bought my perfect house and made a great friend in the process. I can't recommend this young man highly enough. Stephen was a great pleasure to work with and I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and friendship.
